Terms of Use

Last updated October 19, 2026

The short version. StreamSurf is a free, independent guide to who's live on Twitch, YouTube and Kick. We don't host the streams, and we're not part of those companies. Using StreamSurf means agreeing to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to the YouTube Terms of Service. Please don't use automated tools to hammer the site, and use the mature content setting only if you're an adult.

1. Agreeing to these terms

StreamSurf (“we”, “us”) is an independent project run from New York, United States. By using StreamSurf at streamsurf.tv, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use StreamSurf.

2. YouTube's, Twitch's and Kick's terms

StreamSurf uses YouTube API Services. By using StreamSurf, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Streams play in each platform's own embedded player, so watching a stream through StreamSurf is also subject to that platform's terms: the Twitch Terms of Service and the Kick Terms of Service.

3. What StreamSurf is, and isn't

StreamSurf lists live streams from Twitch, YouTube and Kick and lets you watch them in each platform's own player. StreamSurf is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, YouTube, Google or Kick. Twitch, YouTube and Kick, and their logos, are trademarks of their owners, and we use their names only to say where a stream is.

We don't create, host, upload or control any stream. The streams, and everything in them (including titles and thumbnails), belong to their creators and are provided by the platforms.

4. The information in the guide

Stream details such as viewer counts, categories, games, languages and schedules come from the platforms, and some are worked out by StreamSurf from that information. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and a stream may have ended by the time you open it.

StreamSurf hides streams that their platform marks as mature, gambling streams, and what look like unofficial rebroadcasts of TV sports, unless you choose to show them in Settings. Those filters depend on the platforms' own labels and on our best guesses, so they can miss things, or hide a stream that shouldn't be. Streams are live and unedited, and you watch them at your own discretion. To report a stream's content, please use the reporting tools on the platform it's on.

5. Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use StreamSurf. The platforms set their own minimum ages too. Only turn on the mature content or gambling settings if you're an adult and that content is legal for you to view where you are.

6. Using StreamSurf fairly

Please don't:

We may block access from anyone who does.

7. Your settings and lists

Your settings, favorites and blocked channels are saved in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). They can be lost if you clear your browser's data, and we can't recover them for you.

8. StreamSurf itself

StreamSurf's own design, code and text belong to us. You're welcome to use the site and share links to it, but please don't copy the site itself.

9. Copyright concerns

Streams appear on StreamSurf through the platforms' official players, so a stream is hosted by its platform, not by us. If you believe a stream infringes your rights, please contact the platform it's on. For anything on StreamSurf's own pages, contact us at the address below.

10. No warranty

StreamSurf is provided free, “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, work without errors, or show accurate or complete information, and we're not responsible for the streams, the platforms or their players.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of StreamSurf or of the streams and services it links to. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Changes

We may change StreamSurf, or stop running it, at any time. We may also update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and if the change is significant, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you visit.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
